When the data showed that our driver in Glasgow took longer on his rounds than usual, we investigated and uncovered a remarkable story from our team in Dundee. Davie, Stevie, and Nigel encountered a severe car accident, where a vehicle had collided with a lamppost and tree, causing extensive injuries to the driver. 

Despite the challenging circumstances, our operatives, equipped with first aid skills, acted swiftly to stop the bleeding and maintain the victim's consciousness until medical help arrived. Their quick thinking saved a life and this is just one example of our operatives being good community citizens whilst on duty.
