The audit is part of Bauer Media Outdoor’s ongoing commitment to ensuring full transparency and accountability for its digital outdoor campaigns.
Bauer Media Outdoor has been independently audited by the professional audit firm PwC. The audit covers Bauer Media Outdoor’s delivery and reporting of selected UK digital campaigns, meeting advertisers’ requirements for transparency in digital media.
Measured over three months, ending on 31 March 2019, the audit covered reporting of digital campaigns across Bauer Media Outdoor’s digital Adshel Live, Sainsbury’s Live, Asda Live and Wrap networks.
The compliance audit is part of Bauer Media Outdoor’s ongoing commitment to ensuring full transparency and accountability for their digital outdoor campaigns, as well as a contribution to further industry commitment towards brand transparency and benefit to advertisers.

PwC’s audit was conducted in accordance with the assurance standard ISAE 3000 Assurance Engagements other than Audits and Reviews of Historical Financial Information issued by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board.
Bauer Media Outdoor’s audit becomes the second PwC external audit in the Out of Home industry, following JCDecaux’s audit in 2017, which is being repeated in 2019.
