Creating the future isn’t easy. It takes a huge array of energy, expertise and skills in a broad set of roles right across the country. It means we work hard, but do so with a smile.

We’re united by a collective set of values that push us to do better. We always strive to do the right thing and believe that better never stops.

Bringing different people together makes great ideas happen, and we want everyone at Clear Channel to come to work and feel comfortable to be themselves. We serve diverse customers and communities and it’s important that our business reflects that diversity.

But we go further than that.

We empower our teams to drive forward the things that matter to them. It’s our people who have come up with and brought to life a diverse range of projects such as our 2021 Pride campaign, championing Cephas Williams and his work to empower the Black community as well as activities around Mental Health Awareness Week, International Women’s Day, Black History Month, and our Christmas charity partnerships.

We’ll continue to throw our collective weight behind the things that matter.

“My opinion matters”

No one is perfect and neither are we. But that’s why we’re listening.

We strive to create an environment where opinions can be heard, ideas can flourish and everyone can succeed. We’re committed to being fair and transparent in how we recruit, pay, review and promote our people. We ask our people for feedback every six months to make sure we’re holding ourselves to account on moving in the right direction.

We share what our people are saying internally and publicly, because opinions matter to us.

I definitely feel like as a company Clear Channel is leading the way in terms of committing to get actively engaged with communities, and work with others on different issues – the company has strong values and an ethos. The Fairness initiatives are another good example – I don’t feel like Clear Channel is just paying lip service; they are actually responsive to people’s suggestions and commit to things.

Throughout my career, I’ve been lucky enough to shape my role towards more of a mix of the things I’ve wanted to do. As a Design Team we’re collaborative and I get to work on a whole host of different projects: web design, presentations, marketing and sales material, event graphics, social media content, all sorts – it never gets boring!

Lining up more 1s and 0s faster than you can imagine. So much more than IT support, our tech team are integral to our innovation to make all corners of our business smarter and faster.

Marketing

The story tellers of our business. Shouting from the rooftops about all of the great things Clear Channel is up to today, tomorrow and beyond.

Portfolio

Planning and plotting in partnership. The team closely align with our landlords and local authorities to expand our network and build exceptional public utility.

Operations

Working in the community to keep our estate immaculate. The dedicated Ops team are here to make sure all of our products are spotless and working well.

Delivery

Building the foundations, quite literally. This is the team responsible for building our estate, and keeping it running and well maintained.

National Sales

Campaign Media's 2021 Commercial Team of the Year. Making brands famous. Our national sales team are working closely with brands that we all know and love, to bring their ad campaigns to life.

Create

Our award-winning Create team is the creative powerhouse, coming up with fresh ideas to make our clients’ campaign stand out even more.

Business Services

Keeping our business running smoothly. These are the teams keeping the lights on and wheels turning, to best support our people to thrive.

Direct Sales

Supporting local businesses. It’s not just big brands that want to advertise and our Direct team help those much loved businesses that are the cornerstones of local communities.
